Still grinding
I’m still trying to reach that 200 mark. I just got some new supplements. I’m only taking protein. I have two creatines that I might start taking soon. I thought I would have been there by now. Maybe I should take supp. more consistently. Usually after I finish a cycle I don’t start another for 2 or more months. That’s mainly because of money. Monday I’ll start back on my creatine for a month and see what that does.

Creatine did some good for me. Didn’t do much in the weight dept. As for strength, it rlly came up. Hope that helps. Btw, I took NOW Creatine Mono. the caps.

Man, I can’t believe we never went over this.
You want some size. Ha ha, eat some tuna, rice, and corn throughout the day between your meals. Drink a protein shake at every meal.
You’ll be at 200 soon then.
And no damned basketball!!!!!
