Legs burned out!
Lifted legs on Friday the 13th and my right calve cramped up, at least that is what I thought it was! I hobbled around on it the rest of the day until the next morning. I woke up and it was swollen about 2 inches and super tight, I couldn’t even straighten my leg, even spent the next 3 days on crutches. The docs suck here in Belgium off post, so I just doubled down on my creatine, took my protein shakes and some pain killers till Sunday. To my suprise, the swelling has gone down by 60% and I can now put weight on my leg and even straighten it out. I am walking normal now on Monday the 16th, but I can’t jump or even lightly jog yet, maybe next week or so, I will still be working my legs this Friday though.
