Let me recount. You are good looking Gr8, your salary sucks but that happens with 99.9% of the people you will talk to. You earn more or less that the rest of the people that work at your joint. What is the problem with that? Don't like your salary? Are there other places you can work and earn more? Then what are you waiting for to leave? don't have where to go? Then enjoy what you are doing, do it with passion with your heart not with your liver. About a girl friend, that is harder, but like I said you are good looking, just get your self esteem higher. Be honest with them, be head strong. You are still in an age where oh so many things are changing, don't let the world crush your world.

Many fitness experts recommend we walk 10,000 steps a day to maintain our weight and overall good health. 10,000 steps are approximately 5 miles, give or take depending on the length of your stride. You will need to purchase and wear a pedometer to count how many steps you take each day. Follow the directions that usually come with the pedometer. Do this for a week or two and you will get a good average step count. Your goal is to reach 10,000 or more steps each day. There is nothing magical about 10,000, but it will put you in the right ballpark.

Oh man thats missed up. I also get angry when my partner says he coming but doesn't. but it doesn't bother me. because I just carry on with my workout. he is the one who is losing out.
Are you paying for the Gym? If you are then rather use the gym to work out. there's always someone people who are will to help or who are looking for panters to train with.

You are doing wonderful. I recommend a protein shake after you workout. I also add a scoop to my oatmeal for breakfast. I try to eat a protein and a carb at each meal. I have five a day but I understand that men should have at least 6. Those are my thoughts.

Clean that diet up. I read an article about Arnold. The guy that was interviewed said that when Arnold was training for a comp, he would stay away from anything that would keep him from reaching his goal and being the best he could be. he didnt ride his motorcycle or drink because both could derail him. Decide what you want and go for it. You can do this.
