HI everyone!! I hope even some people reed my blog.
So I am on adiet, and as you can see on my stats I am loosing body-fat quickly. My weight is redusing rapidly. ANd even my body is thiner and leaner. SO I hope that coses a diet and it’s healthy.
I eat after about three hours every day. I eat one oat rool in that period, that’s all. With that i eat vegetables disordedly, low.fat ham, cheez, and one day a week lots of rizoto with soya-meet. I eat fishes and chicken with that too.
Heya let me know some other good things yeah!!!

HI friends and non known pasers. I am here to talk about Le parkour. U know that? It’s a sport, or how they call it an urban movement, or art of moves ect. BUt IT’s Parkour. I am just hooked, as I am hooked by bodybuilding!! It’s a part of my training. U have to be really fit to do that. SO I’ll be the best!!! I’ll kick the hell of my muscles and get somewhere I’v never been.
So Parkour. U run through the streets and jump over obstycles using your hands and legs to perform some tricks and go ower an enormous highs and wides like they were nothin. IT’s awesome when you are looking at some point in the distance thinking I’ll nevere jump that far, but if you concentrate and just jum u find out that you can…..

HI guyes!! I’v been horseriding last weekend(three days). It was awesome as usually:-)
BUT i fell of the horse at friday!!! It was my first fall after four years and my first reall fall. Becouse befor every time i fall the horse goes with me.
SO how that happend? I, as usulaly took a lead of that ride. We galloped through the woods. The horses were full of energy and happy, enjoing the runs, so we was!! AND after about an hour I’v turned right on some road and when all horses behind me wer on it I’v spured my horse on to gallop again. He responsed imidiatly and started to galop forward, folowing by others w continued, and I saw some branches covered by leaves in front of me, I thought those r just a thin branches with we are used to run through covering our faces by hands. So I didn’t stoped an run in to it. ANd suddenly I found out that there are two thin(about ten centimeters wide) trees bended acros the road. It was exactly in heigh of my belly(while siting on a horse) ANd we runn too qouick to stop. So I just screamd back at my companions:" STOP!!!STOP!!!" And I directed my hors to the highes place of the tree and leen back on the horse. The tree hit me. I grap that reflexly by my arms(tree in my arm pits) ANd drag that a while with me. Than the tree drag me down from the horse back ower its butt. The tree broked and I fall in that high speed on the ground, rooled my self to the side to avoid beign crushed by horses behind my. My horse run under the other tree and was gone. I saw my friend leen on his horse nad run unther the second tree to catch the horse. LOL It was a hell of an expirience. NOTHIN happend to me!!! JUST a skin scrached on my left biceps. The other riders weren’t so quick so they stoped they horses and ride slowly under the second tree,, becouse the first one wasen’t an obstycle annymore, becouse I broke it in half. I run for my horse, with was holded by my friend. I jumped on it in asec and Ii spured it on again. ANd he galloped as fast as he can forward through the wodds again.
I LOVE HORSE RIDING!!!!! AND ADRENALIN!!!

Yesterday, day befor yesterday and a day befor it, i ****ing kick my muscles with really hard working outs. I’v been doing super-series. That was a lots of reps and series. I’v invented some other trainings and gave my self a really hard time. So My body hurts again today, but I can see it responsing to this workouts, and diet that I am finally on. I eat a lots of oat-bread, rais, Soja-meet, vegetables and some other stuff. I thing that it is payng me back. So I’ll take some pics next week and measur myself to know if there is any progres.
Feel free to writ me in anny occazion, I’d love to talk with somebody about annythin’….

As U all may know progress hurt. Yeah I worked on my abs for four days without stop. ANd yesterday it Really hurt, like they were burning, but I know this is a part of it. ANd I know that when they hurt they grow:-)!!! So I am glad, but I could’nt do anything yesterday. So I’v bean working on my hands and chest by this NSD-Powerball. Do you know this thing? NO? I think it’s grate for people like me who just started with this becous it could train your arms and choulders, chest and back, mostly it is for your Forarms. BUt it is not some super-making grow thing. I used it when I am tired and don’t wanna really work out hard. So I push the limites of training with Powerball. ANd there is some progres seen by using that. So I think that that is a good equipment for fitnes….

I gave myself a rally hard weekend this time. So we climbed up some hills in Sumava national park. That was hard for my legs and some games of football. ANd I work my abs out to gain some sixpacks.!!!

Hey becouse I work out home I have to devise my workouts. And yesterday I finelly find out a way to build my ABS up. U know I mean like the way that would be enjoable and not boring, and that would do some work to. So I got this stave nailed in the high to this rack thing to my moms High bead(It’s abou 2,10m high) I do lifts on it. And now I found out that when i hang my self there and draw up I can now lift my legs high up. My Arms in right angel, hold my self un moving. And I draw my legs up in tha front almost to the highenst of my face. So I work my ABS and lower back by that. I give my self a hard time yesterday so I can feel those beefs growing now. I’ll continue this further. TO get some ABS. It worke my whole upper body too. SO I think it’s good. Let me know your opinion about that…

SO I’v joined this page to see if it could help me in bodybuilding. I didn’t think I’ll be so in to it befor I’m made my profile here. NOW i got some friends here, people I stay in touch with.
