BUt tha thing that really pissies me of is that I am still single!! I haven’t got  agirlfriend, and now it really makes me sad. Tha day before yesterday it gets me.. I was siting in  atube coming back from work and realized: "man you are 21 years old and haven’t got a reall serios relationship yet!! ANd havben’t got nothin now!!" I am starting to feel unworthy…. Em it doesn’t mind I’ll get over that…I did before. Just suprised that I got this Fall-depresion as they call it. HELL **** that shit!!!! Don’t know why Em I writing that…

    hi
Many fitness experts recommend we walk 10,000 steps a day to maintain our weight and overall good health. 10,000 steps are approximately 5 miles, give or take depending on the length of your stride. You will need to purchase and wear a pedometer to count how many steps you take each day. Follow the directions that usually come with the pedometer. Do this for a week or two and you will get a good average step count. Your goal is to reach 10,000 or more steps each day. There is nothing magical about 10,000, but it will put you in the right ballpark.

Let me recount. You are good looking Gr8, your salary sucks but that happens with 99.9% of the people you will talk to. You earn more or less that the rest of the people that work at your joint. What is the problem with that? Don’t like your salary? Are there other places you can work and earn more? Then what are you waiting for to leave? don’t have where to go? Then enjoy what you are doing, do it with passion with your heart not with your liver. About a girl friend, that is harder, but like I said you are good looking, just get your self esteem higher. Be honest with them, be head strong. You are still in an age where oh so many things are changing, don’t let the world crush your world.
