Weights and Gym thing
Good morning friends. i am siting at my wokr eating breackfeast. i got some tuna and wholegrains rools. SO I was talking about going to the gym yesterday.
So I hve contacted my freind, and so we were suposed to go to the gym at about eight in the evening. Gym is opened to the 22:00 so I thought that this 1 and a half hour should be fine to beet my muscles. BUt my friend didn’t show. I was waiting for him in neerby Pub with some friends of mine. I was angry as Hell, becous he didn’t even sended an SMS. SO while I was siting there, the Idea started to form in my head. ANd I’ve thinked up that I could made my own home weights to train with. SO I’ve left that pub and walked home. I took some bottels and fulled them with water, put it in the bag and started lifting. The weight is 12kgs, that is a grate amount for one handed bicep training, and I gave them about two one handed sets of 10 reps. I did have tohlep my self by the other hand of corse. I did calves, thighs, arms, back, and pectorials!!! NIce and intense training so I don’t have to go to the gym I’ll be lifting this at home and there is enough of botles here so I can lift hevier…..

Oh man thats missed up. I also get angry when my partner says he coming but doesn’t. but it doesn’t bother me. because I just carry on with my workout. he is the one who is losing out.
Are you paying for the Gym? If you are then rather use the gym to work out. there’s always someone people who are will to help or who are looking for panters to train with.
