Adding ISO-100!!! I am in it.
SO I finnaly bought my First Suplement!!! It is ISO-100, The 5Lb of 100% Whey protein isolate. There is nothin more than the protein in it. SO I hope this will kick my muscles up, and make em grow!! I really do not trust in this too much, but I am willing to experiment so that is why did I bought it. And If it will work and I’ll see some rushed gains I’ll be glad and know that those money(1780,-Ck) were worth it.
Got a question about it. Should I drink a protein coctail in the morning(Cos I did) Or should I drink it befor workouts, or after them? Please let me know!!
So by this I can say about me that I am totally HOOKED!!!!! I want those muscles!!!!!

You are doing wonderful. I recommend a protein shake after you workout. I also add a scoop to my oatmeal for breakfast. I try to eat a protein and a carb at each meal. I have five a day but I understand that men should have at least 6. Those are my thoughts.

Thats good. I really don’t know when. But when I was on it, I took it after my workouts.
