Cheeting my diet.

So I am not eating so cleen as I should,I dring some alcohol during the weekends, ond It had shown up on my new mesurements, some fat is back, but my belly blow out, so I have to really start to do a REAL DIET!!!! But my back are coming up nicelly so I hope it will  continue, I am proud of my traps a nd latis and of course my delts, with I haven’t ever hav…and now look at my posterior head!! WOW I love that muscles coming up!§ I’ll be horse riding this weekend, and maybe I’ll go running in the mornings. Another hard working week ahad of me. But next weekend I am going to sty home and relax..let my self to get back in shape… to let muscles grow and relax..

    Clean that diet up. I read an article about Arnold. The guy that was interviewed said that when Arnold was training for a comp, he would stay away from anything that would keep him from reaching his goal and being the best he could be. he didnt ride his motorcycle or drink because both could derail him. Decide what you want and go for it. You can do this.
