What I wanted to seay? Yeah…my back is geting stighten I mean that I am scoliotic, and in few last years I’v get really diordered. BUt now when I am bodybuildong, my back are geting beather, by streeenghten my middle part I can now order my body by supporting my back by those newwly discovered muscles. I am now able to coordinate my back and body with em. So I am not huchink too much..

Keep working on it. Shit, I’m trying 2 get my back right. You know, it’s hard not seeing your back when your working out. LOL!!! I hate it.
