MY DIET
HI everyone!! I hope even some people reed my blog.
So I am onĀ adiet, and as you can see on my stats I am loosing body-fat quickly. My weight is redusing rapidly. ANd even my body is thiner and leaner. SO I hope that coses a diet and it’s healthy.
I eat after about three hours every day. I eat one oat rool in that period, that’s all. With that i eat vegetables disordedly, low.fat ham, cheez, and one day a week lots of rizoto with soya-meet. I eat fishes and chicken with that too.
