I gave myself a rally hard weekend this time. So we climbed up some hills in Sumava national park. That was hard for my legs and some games of football. ANd I work my abs out to gain some sixpacks.!!!

Hiking is an excellant form of a cardio and leg workout. Getting back to nature makes it feel less like a workout and more like an adventure.
