Work my ABS out.
Hey becouse I work out home I have to devise my workouts. And yesterday I finelly find out a way to build my ABS up. U know I mean like the way that would be enjoable and not boring, and that would do some work to. So I got this stave nailed in the high to this rack thing to my moms High bead(It’s abou 2,10m high) I do lifts on it. And now I found out that when i hang my self there and draw up I can now lift my legs high up. My Arms in right angel, hold my self un moving. And I draw my legs up in tha front almost to the highenst of my face. So I work my ABS and lower back by that. I give my self a hard time yesterday so I can feel those beefs growing now. I’ll continue this further. TO get some ABS. It worke my whole upper body too. SO I think it’s good. Let me know your opinion about that…
