Remember to STRETCH!
Ok, sometimes as we learn new techniques to old exercises we let the basics get away and sometimes that is all we need is the basics.
I ran 6 miles on Sunday and im still aching, I mentioned my aches and pains to a friend as well as the 6 miles that i ran and he was like "did you stretch after your run"? A light bulb went on in my head, back to basics and doing what works.
It’s tuesday morning and im still aching, wanting to hop the treadmil for some miles but i think im going to lie down.
In the end, i have to remember to STRETCH!!!
