alright so, classes start again august 24th. ill be on a pretty steady schedule then…and i wont have to worry about crazy summer nights or being lazy because its so warm and sunny out. hahaha i’m your typical 19 year old girl i guess.
I’ve been lifting with my dad which is AWESOME. he’s a great trainer and has really helped me develop my overall musculature–and i am very thankful for that. But i know the majority of what i want to do..is about me and my own motivation and ways of thinking. Dieting is the hardest thing, obviously. I’m a hunky, therefore, i love food. Especially perogies, kilbasa and sauerkraut, stuffed cabbage and the sorts. its my weakness!…oh, and special k red berries. hahaha
Now it is my mission to find someone with nearly the same goals as myself…and to have a head to head fat loss challenge!!! I think this will keep BOTH of us motivated to want to better ourselves and just keep dieting even through the hard times… when you just want that damn plate of perogies with grilled onions and butter!! or that huge ass bowl of cereal that is pretty much the entire contents of the box!!
Let me know what you think…and PLEASE give me some ideas on how to organize this 12 week plan!!!
