PSYCH on the whole sponcered athlete thing. i was a fool to think it could actually be happening! not to talk bad about the chick that was hooking me up with it, but shes a dumb bitch. pardon my french.
any how.i quit lifting AND dieting(which was a biiigggggg no no.)for a little bit cuz i just wasnt motivated at all and was not doing anything in spite of her.which was childish and i was just being lazy.
Buuuttttt im getting back on track.im tired of being fat and lazy.cuz ive gained…mmm…almost 13 POUNDS. how sick is that?!?!
help me out with some motivation. i need it baadddd.

motivated today! what the hell!
what’s everyone’s feelings on hummus? is it good for me? not good? let me know please!

oh my gosh. how bad does no progress feel?! REALLY FREAKIN BAD.
can anyone guess why there was no progress??
because i am a COLLEGE STUDENT with zero will power. hahahaha
and i PROMISED MYSELF that this week is the last week im drinking any type of alcohol, (unless its a little tiny glass of red wine with my boy :] ), till the end of this 12 week **** that im doing.
i also am losing motivation faster each day, which sucks so bad. but i have my mr. matt falkfitness to keep me going! and i love him for it!!
give me some motivation here please! and i need your thoughts and prayers to keep me goin strong

Welp, today starts the 12 week fat loss competition! im pretty ****ing excited about it. this is, sadly, me last night. hopefully there is good progress in the weeks to come

alright so, classes start again august 24th. ill be on a pretty steady schedule then…and i wont have to worry about crazy summer nights or being lazy because its so warm and sunny out. hahaha i’m your typical 19 year old girl i guess.
I’ve been lifting with my dad which is AWESOME. he’s a great trainer and has really helped me develop my overall musculature–and i am very thankful for that. But i know the majority of what i want to do..is about me and my own motivation and ways of thinking. Dieting is the hardest thing, obviously. I’m a hunky, therefore, i love food. Especially perogies, kilbasa and sauerkraut, stuffed cabbage and the sorts. its my weakness!…oh, and special k red berries. hahaha
Now it is my mission to find someone with nearly the same goals as myself…and to have a head to head fat loss challenge!!! I think this will keep BOTH of us motivated to want to better ourselves and just keep dieting even through the hard times… when you just want that damn plate of perogies with grilled onions and butter!! or that huge ass bowl of cereal that is pretty much the entire contents of the box!!
Let me know what you think…and PLEASE give me some ideas on how to organize this 12 week plan!!!

…For pretty fantastic bodies.
I’m just about to head out to the Mr. Canton body building show..in about five minutes. Whenever i go to this show and see people i actually KNOW competing in it, it makes me SO SUPER motivated..which is what i need right about now–
im only TWO weeks into my 12 week training and ive noticed a huge huge difference in my body. (I’m mainly just eating really clean and upping my cardio. i switched my weight training to higher weight and less reps to a more reasonable weight and higher reps. time for the summer muscles to pop.)
but im so impatient and get really aggrivated with myself if i dont see some kind of improvement each day..which i know in my mind WONT happen, but my eyes want to see something different!
Welp, im off to this show.
