For anyone interested or bored at work this Friday I will be running the 100m and 200m this weekend…below is the schedule of my events.

Run times are as follows (Eastern Time) live online..I will wear all black or maybe a Gold ‘Baylor’ track top in the prelims with black shorts..bald ‘white guy’ in the 40M age group…here’s the link:
