Idea about the Olympics…
I know there was concern for a while that China wasn’t the best place for the Olympics this year because of all of the oppression. There was even talk of canceling it. Somehow that idea faded away,and here we are at the Olympics. I just want to set a challenge. When you are watching the Olympics this year as they are in China, let it remind you to pray for all the people in China that are living under oppression and fear. Especially for those who are persecuted for believing in God.
Enough said. I don’t want to use this as a soap box.

GREAT IDEA! I had mixed feelings about it being in China, but it will be a great op to get bibles in country. Of course I’ve also heard some pastor was locked in his house (so he couldn’t connect with out of country Christians), they even welded the doors & windows shut to make sure he couldn’t get out. You have a great heart.

I want so badly to make a comment here. I’m half Chinese, my mother was born in China but because of all the pain that was caused to the Tibetans sometimes I hang my head in shame. I’m torn between this issue.
