Carb Cycling Here we Go..

Ok, so the low carb thing didn’t work for me.  My workouts sucked, and I got the flue.  I decided that I would try carb cycling.  My photo shoot is only less than a week away.  I don’t care.  I will go through two cycles by then.   Lets see if it works with my body.  I do not only care about losing fat, but keeping my health and energy is more important to me at this phase in my life.

    S, I’ve tried the carb cycling thing meaning one day up one day down and I had minimual response.

    Then I read someone on bb.com, this lady did 4 days in a row of carb depleting and I said - OMG - I wonder if I can do that……so I tried it….and I really lost weight…

    My Dr said that when you CD one day at a time the body is smart enough not to respond to it. I don’t know if I agree with him. What I do is eat my carbs in the morning so you have energy for your day and then CD starting at noon until the rest of the day….which is tough - AT FIRST……I think you get used to it……(have chick breats pre-cooked reay to grab…I cook 8 per week….)

    Do you take a fat burning stack (a stack meaning
    mulitple supplements at a time),,….every morning I take green tea extract, chromium picolinate, and CLA. I find that the chrom pico really curbs my appeitiate, on bad days I may take a second one at
    4 pm…..

    what really is going to help you cut is to do cardio BEFORE breakfast and then wait one hr before eating.

    what do you eat for breakfast? it’s has to be a big meal. For you I’d suggest 1/2 cup oatmeal, 6 egg whites, and I cup of protein whey (I do 1 cup OM)….

    it get’s your metabolism cranked….then eat every 2-3 hrs……I’m not sure if you know all this stuff…

    cardio in the morning ROCKS…it’s so awesome, you get it out of the way right away…it’s like 7 am and your like "I’ve already accomplished something"..

    do you have cardio gear at home…walk steps or jump rope, or do burpee’s on your driveway so all of your neighbors can think your nuts like me….
