Well, that didn’t work
First, I have been low carbing it for the past five days. Great for losing leaning out, very bad for working out. So today I decided that I would try going to the gym before eating. You know, the whole workout before you eat and you get 100% fat burn. Well, you also get lite headed and pathetic. I will not go to do a weight workout without eating. Maybe a run would be ok, but not lifting weights. I had about three spells where I thought I was going down from being dizzy. Not to mention I didn’t get a good workout. That sucks! Well, I tried it….

Try some water. I’ve found that when I don’t eat, if I have some water, (or water with a touch of salt for quicker absorption) it seems to help with the lite-headedness.
