I feel stupid..
Wednesday, June 4th, 2008I kept emailing my friends the Jamie Eason plyometrics workout with the deck of cards. I have been going through the deck once a day. My friend text messaged me and said, "I can’t do it three times a day like Jamie says in the video" I was like, "WHAT?". So I watched the video again, and sure enough at the end it said she does it three times a day. Boy I am a wimp. When I was younger I could workout for ever, but dieting was hard. Now that I am older, I can diet all day long, but I run out of energy for the workout faster. Does anyone have any great energy booster advice?
