Low carb = No energy
Boy, I have been low carbing it for the fourth day now. I had no energy at the gym today. I hope I got an effective workout. I can’t wait to put carbs back in. Actually, I ate an apple right after working out. I couldn’t take it. My muscles were hungry!

I’ve hated the times that I’ve gone low carb. Man it makes me one grumpy SOB. I’ve found that by eating the right carbs, I get better results than by cutting out my carbs altogther.

I agree going low carb make me feel weak. I have just been watching the carbs I eat and quit eating them after 2:00. It seems to be working. I still have the energy I need for the workout and still seem to lean up. I hope this helps.

Sonya - what I found that works for me is to ALWAYS eat carbs for breakfast. If I don’t eat carbs in the morning then it’s over. The idea of stopping carbs at 2pm is good, I’ll stop after breakfast.
After you cycle through 3 low, 1 carb day - it get’s alot easier, at least it did for me. Hope this helps. Keep up the great work !!!
