The weights are fixing my bum. Finally hitting the weights is doing wonders for the junk in my trunk. Those last few layers of fat are starting to melt away under the pressure of growing muscles. Yippppeeeeeee!

S - Walking lunges are the best thing to get that bun nice and hard and round. I usually do them as a finishing drill - meaning after I’ve done all of my sets I’ll do that…then jumping lunges - you’ll be dead.
I did legs on Fri for the first time in awhile and they still hurt!!!
