Why is it that my bf% can go from 20 to 30 for what appears to be no reason at all??? I have found a way to manage my weight and maintain a healthy weight for a while now but I cant get control of my body fat %. I will take any suggestions or any advice from anybody… PLEASE HELP !

Diet was great this week and I hit cardio all week. Yeeeeey. Also I am soooo glad its spring and Im loving to be able to do sprints outside. Its a nice change of scenery. Plus mini me gets to join me and she is so into working out and the gym at 4 yrs old…crazy and I love it. I think (and hope) I have a lil athlete on my hands. :O)
Im going to hit the weights hard this weekend and make up for not being able to do it at all this week. But the cardio is much needed to help tighten up this midsection… Back on my grind and staying there, Tee hee.

After fallin completely off, I had to kick myself in the butt and get it cracking again. So I started with what always works for me and thats progress pics. I was actually impressed that I had not fallen off that bad but then was frustrated at thinking how much further I could actually have been sans falling off. But oh well it is what it is. So I started back up this week with a soild week full great workouts and a clean diet. thanks to everyone who encouraged me and helped me get focuesed again. Make it a great weekend ;o)

WOW…. what has happened??? What is it that makes someone be so hard on their grind then poof…knocked the hell off??? This appears to be what has happened to me and I dont know how?!?!?!?. I have managed to hit a major slump and cant figure out why??? I cant say life is busy and hectic because my life is almost always busy and hectic. I will try and not dwell on it though. To day I am officially declaring that I AM BACK. ;O) I have worked out 3 times this week (hey, its a start) and am glad to be able to train outdoors. So we will see where it takes me. Plus I think I need to upload some photos so I can truly look at what my lack of motivation has done to my body.
