Apparently I will be taking the FL bar yet again. I just received my results and I didnt pass.
( I guess if it was easy everybody would be doing it… Well it looks like my life will consist of studying and working out yet again. Atleast until the next exam in February. Boo hoo, oh how I miss the courtroom. But in due time I guess. Well now that makes two things I will need to conquer for 2010. being sworn in to practice in FL and competing in FL. Wish me luck, as my new journey starts today!!!!!!!!!!

Lemme see… where do I start. I have completed another states bar exam and have moved me and my four yr old from everything we know as comfort and security all for a fresh start. Very scary yet very exciting and extremely fruitful thus far. For get starting a new chapter in my life I have ended a chapter on an extremely outdated and old book and now am starting a new book altogether. Tee hee.
Not sure why I am sharing all of this but just feels good to be able to finally exhale. I feel like I have been holding my breath for months and doing nothing but studying and working out. Now those wonderful 2days known as the bar exam are finally behind me. Now I must get my lil one enrolled in school and then… its all about ME. I cant wait to get back to me and the gym. I miss it dearly and hopefully havent sacrificed too much muscle depletion in the midst of this transition. Tomorrow is a new day and I am determined to be in a gym at some point and some how tomorrow. I know for sure that starting monday its back to my gym grind.
My diet hasnt been too bad. lack of consistency has been my biggest downfall followed by not eating enough. But we will see. I will do photos and I am scared to death of just the thought. I am afraid to see hoe much damage i have done. Yet I know it will be hella motivation to get bac on point and stay there.

Why is it that my bf% can go from 20 to 30 for what appears to be no reason at all??? I have found a way to manage my weight and maintain a healthy weight for a while now but I cant get control of my body fat %. I will take any suggestions or any advice from anybody… PLEASE HELP !

Diet was great this week and I hit cardio all week. Yeeeeey. Also I am soooo glad its spring and Im loving to be able to do sprints outside. Its a nice change of scenery. Plus mini me gets to join me and she is so into working out and the gym at 4 yrs old…crazy and I love it. I think (and hope) I have a lil athlete on my hands. :O)
Im going to hit the weights hard this weekend and make up for not being able to do it at all this week. But the cardio is much needed to help tighten up this midsection… Back on my grind and staying there, Tee hee.

After fallin completely off, I had to kick myself in the butt and get it cracking again. So I started with what always works for me and thats progress pics. I was actually impressed that I had not fallen off that bad but then was frustrated at thinking how much further I could actually have been sans falling off. But oh well it is what it is. So I started back up this week with a soild week full great workouts and a clean diet. thanks to everyone who encouraged me and helped me get focuesed again. Make it a great weekend ;o)

WOW…. what has happened??? What is it that makes someone be so hard on their grind then poof…knocked the hell off??? This appears to be what has happened to me and I dont know how?!?!?!?. I have managed to hit a major slump and cant figure out why??? I cant say life is busy and hectic because my life is almost always busy and hectic. I will try and not dwell on it though. To day I am officially declaring that I AM BACK. ;O) I have worked out 3 times this week (hey, its a start) and am glad to be able to train outdoors. So we will see where it takes me. Plus I think I need to upload some photos so I can truly look at what my lack of motivation has done to my body.
