So the last thing I want to do is balloon up this holliday season and undo alot of the work I just did.  The temptation to eat foods that were off limits is now harder and harder to resist and I dont want to find myself eating everthing I couldn’t have every day all day.  Gotta find some strength for sure! 

This week I get to have off from school.  I really, really need it!  I am so sore from yesterdays work out.  Time to add some shoulders and abs!  Don’t forget to vote for me in the Ironman spokes model contest.

It’s time to tan… I get to stand around drying for hours and hours… I wish there was a good looking color that dried in ten minutes, 20 at the most!
