Cold Yucky Weather
Days like today I am glad I have an eliptical so I don’t have to get up early in the yucky cold and drive to the gym to do cardio. Granted I never seem to have the same intensity at home as I do in the gym, but every now and then it is nice not to have to make the trip!

I hear you. I woke up to cold weather and snow this morning, had to drive to the kettlebell class across a couple of icy bridges. I’ll have to invent something that keeps the weather nice whenever I want to go to the gym.

Thank God I live in NC. Shorter winters & just a smidge of snow to enjoy, and 2.5 hrs from the beach.
