Cold Yucky Weather
Saturday, October 10th, 2009Days like today I am glad I have an eliptical so I don’t have to get up early in the yucky cold and drive to the gym to do cardio. Granted I never seem to have the same intensity at home as I do in the gym, but every now and then it is nice not to have to make the trip!
