takes forever to dry!  Come to the fitness fiesta saturday!!!

I am now entering the land of saltless boiled chicken.  I have come to understand that a little salt makes everything so much better.  It gives new meaning to the quote, "Ye are the salt of the earth"…  It just makes life better!  So, if you see me this week and I look grumpy… you know why… and if I happen to be rude or bite your head off, I am saying, "sorry" right now and please forgive me……   My poor husband!

I thought Diet Pepsi was a food group, but I guess it is not   more water for me!

I have a craving for peanut butter!  Why when I can eat it, I dont want it, but when I can’t have it, it is all I want… it even appears in my dreams!  A big jar of peanut butter running through a field of flowers to me…. LOL  I am also a bit carb depleted, but I bet you could not tell from this post<wink>

at all!  I just want to sleep!  So, so tired!  It is ok to take a day off once in a while, right?

ROCKED!  This routine is fun, challenging and should get the judges attention for sure!  Now if I can keep my ankle healthy things will be great!
