5 weeks out… and every day is leg day…. gulp. I am tired, worn out and I am glad that it is the weekend! I get to sleep in tomorrow kind of… at least 7 is sleeping in
Lunging… How painful, but how sweet the reward! My coach has me on an EVERYDAY lunging routine where I do about 400 lunges in 20 minutes. The first five days I could hardly walk at all. He said it is the best way to lean and tone my legs. I really want to cry after the sets… really. I am finding it hard to get motivated to keep it up, because I love the results, but I DREAD having to do them.
