Saturday, May 17th, 2008FINALS ARE DONE! I am so glad to have that stress off of my shoulders! I am looking foreward to now just working on my competetion preparation and practicing dressage. Tried a crazy workout my coach wrote for me, and I am not really crazy about it. She had me do cardio first thing, afterwards stretch and eat these oatmeal/whey cookies, then lift. My lifting pretty much sucked. I think there needs to be a longer period of time before I lift where the nutrients have longer to be used, or lift first then do cardio. At least I tried it.
