Thursday, April 3rd, 2008So today I am supposed to do a long cardio session. I am supposed to do it first thing in the morning before breakfast. I didn’t. I have time to do it now… but don’t want to. I know I will get it done, but man is motivation hard to find right now. It is all rainy in Denver… and I would rather take a long nap before my next class. What do some of you do to motivate yourself when working out is really the last thing you want to do???
