Running off of little sleep today I am trying to make it through the rest of my classes after my workout… which is making me even more sleepy! I have been trying to figure out why these one arm push ups are so fricken hard to do. I can do regular pushups all day long, but for some silly reason the one arms are killing me… and I have to get them figured out because they are in my routine… I can see it now, it is the day of my competetion, I come out of my splits into position for the one arm push up and start to do one. Baam! I fall face first on to the floor and break my nose… Well, that is just what is going to happen if I dont get this worked out!!! I hope you’re laughing ’cause that was supposed to be funny!!!!
