Almost three weeks out… how come I never feel like I am going to be ready?!?  It is going to be a beautiful day here in Colorado.  I already went out for my run and I think I will go ride my horses this afternoon!  All my classes were cancelled so I am just going to enjoy this day!!!

Running off of little sleep today I am trying to make it through the rest of my classes after my workout… which is making me even more sleepy!  I have been trying to figure out why these one arm push ups are so fricken hard to do.  I can do regular pushups all day long, but for some silly reason the one arms are killing me… and I have to get them figured out because they are in my routine… I can see it now, it is the day of my competetion, I come out of my splits into position for the one arm push up and start to do one.  Baam!  I fall face first on to the floor and break my nose… Well, that is just what is going to happen if I dont get this worked out!!!  I hope you’re laughing ’cause that was supposed to be funny!!!!  ;)   Hope all has a great day!

So I have caught something and I have no energy.  I had not been to the gym since last Thursday, so I went today.  I could only do half the weight and I was pooped out really fast today.  Coming home I thought I was going to pass out.  I really hope I get over this soon.  In posing practice with my coach I realized I need way more glute hamstring separation… how fun!  :{ I am five weeks out.

So I was winding down last night watching some TV.  I have started my contest prep again, and so I dont get much to eat at night.  I started watching the Food Network…  NOT the thing to do!  The were doing a thing on Chocolate truffles.  It was like a car accident!  I didnt want to watch, but I couldnt change the channel.  I could feel my stomach start to rumble… and I was starting to salavate!  These things looked SO GOOD.  So this morning I made up my oats with choc. protein powder to see if that would fix the problem, I can tell you that it is NO substitute.  :(

I do cardio first think in the morning at the gym, around 5-6 AM… then I do my weights at about 10 AM in between classes at school.  Usually I am wide awake and energetic BUT today my first class was cancelled due to snow so I went early to the fitness center and did legs, and thought… I have extra time, why not do a little cardio…  I can hardly stay awake!  I feel like my brain is slower  :(   Hopefully I will wake up a little after I eat!!!
