Well two weeks left…  probably the longest two weeks of my life are around the corner.  I am excited to see the results that are happening and cant wait to see what happens at the end.  I will have updated measurements later today and if I can get done with all of my homework tonight, possibly photos!!!  Just got to make it two more weeks!

It is the middle of the week and I was suprised at how much energy I actually had for my lift this morning at 5.  Since I am not getting much food right now I usually suck at my lifting, having to reduce the weight I normally use, but today for some reason I was feeling pretty good and was able to use and exceed my normal weight.  I am really tired now though.  I have another long day ahead of me and I cant wait for my afternoon nap… and really early bedtime.  I am so tired lately!  Less than three weeks of this left and I will be able to get back to a little more normal lifestyle and not so restricted!

I have not written in a long while.  Progress is really good and the competetion is around the corner (less than three weeks).  I am starting to get really tired in the late afternoons, food dosent sound or tast good now.  I have dropped below 20% body fat for the first time in four years and I would put up progress photos, but I cant figure out how to get them off of the camera and on to my computer….  YES, I am technically challenged!  I cant wait for this to be over… No I am not going to go crazy eating, I have worked too fricken hard for this, but I am not liking no carbs after mid morning snack very much.  I hope everyone is reaching their goals and is doing well.

Overtraining?!?

Since last Thursday I started feeling really tired and run down, but continued to train because I am supposed to.  Saturday I was just pooped out.  Saturday/Sunday morning I woke up to my stomach cramping up, my joints hurting and feeling overall horrible.  Sunday I spent all day sleeping, feeling awful and tired.  Today I am taking off of all training because I still feel awful.  I am pretty sure that overdoing it in training has caused this.  I should have listened to my body last week I think instead of pushing it to this point.  I guess I am wondering if I am going to start to loose muscle if I take it easy until my body feels up to working out again.  Also from all of the stomach issues I had this weekend, my stomach is really bloated and sticking out which is strange to me because I didn’t eat very much due to the stomach upset.  Any thoughts???
