Now that’s it’s cool I can get back to lifting heavy, especially legs. Today I did 10 sets of heavy legs presses. five sets at 1170 lbs and five sets at 1080. I’ll be back to doing 1350 or more in short order,
Today I reached a new best on leg press. I did three sets at 1260 lbs, three sets at 1170 and four sets at 1080. Next heavy day will be 1350. Wish me luck.
I’m new to this whole blogging thing. I’m still a little too old school. Pre-computer even…but I’m willing to give it a whack. So…since the third grade my life has been long life of being fat with a few short stints of being in pretty good shape. it has taken me until half way through my forty second year to get finally achieve the right frame of mind. A mind set where I felt like I deserved to be fit. That I deserve to use my fitness education to achieve my goals. So all you metal heads out there give me a shout and tell me your stories.
