whats happened?
well im sad to say that since my last post i have fallen off the wagon, well for a few days anyway.I got to week 3 and noticed nothing happening.Training was the same eating was the same but nothing changed in a week!Anyway so i was feeling kind of down and a friend asked me out on a night out so suffice to say too much alcohol and two days recovery eating later and i am back at 142 lbs!
Am so annoyed with myself,i guess it has made me realise that when i don’t see anything changing i think there is no point. That was last weekend and i have been trying to get back on track but am so demotivated.Ive started to feel hungry in the evenings,am totally confused about what to eat and how much, the info i keep finding is for male bodybuilders or real female bodybuilders, which im sure is way too much food for someone like me.Plus i can’t seem to get the timing right in terms of shakes and stuff when training.
My schedule is a bit eratic you see as i have kids and university,i can usually only decide when to fit in a session last minute so its really hard to be armed with the right foods and timing them properly.
I guess you guys have heard it all before but im starting to think im wasting my time.I would love to drop 14lbs by march, april but i already run 3-4 times a week first thing for 35minutes and do my weights 3 x per week.My diet apart from the slip up has been really clean but i don’t see any changes apart from the bit i lost at the start.
Don’t know whats going on,i guess some advice would be useful from someone who knows where im coming from.I would love to do more weights/cardio but i don’t think i physically can.
Im taking green tea extracts,L-arganine andĀ ECA stack but still nothing much shape or tone wise is happening ggrrrr!!!!!!
Sorry this ones a real moan fest just needed to vent and feel sorry for my self before i head out to do more cardio…
The next blog will be more positive i promise.lol
Any tips gratefully recieved.

get back on the wagon!
body changes take time, i know it sucks but it does. be hard on yourself without being to hard on yourself. time time time and dedication. if you are eating clean, have a good schedule things will work themselved out. keep your head up!

You need to stick with what ever fits into your life and be patient. Changes will happen in time. If you are not achieving what you think you should be then you need to change what you are doing. Sometimes a small adjustment can have a hudge impact on what you can accomplish. Stay focused on your goals and train hard!
