Your body fat level is extremely low!
*LOL* so I actually got a print out of my assessment from my trainer today. This is what one paragraph says. "Your body fat is extremely low! make it a priority to speak with a health professional about your body composition." *LOL* By the assessment I had the other day my body fat percentage is at 11.5% I think that is great. My goal was to get to 11% and I was doing much better than what I thought! *LOL* I also some how grew an inch so I am now 5′3" instead of 5′2". My weight at the time of the assessment was 110 but I was wearing clothes/shoes and I had a cheat day. *LOL* I weighed in this morning at 106.8. I am reassessing if I should drop the extra 6.8 lbs. I eat good and feel good but is this assessment telling me for real I should not be down that far? The print out also tells me that healthy range for me is 110.6-135.2. I am sorry but at 130 after baby #1 I looked horrible and fat! I also felt horrible and no energy. You might say that came from having the baby but hey! I was still weighing a feeling this way after 1 year. As for my other assessments I am below "average" on muscular fitness in push ups, flexibility and the sit and reach test, and core! Ak! Gotta work on these. We set a goal for 6 weeks to get up to par and then doing a reassessment. I had my other trainer today. My back still is screwed up so we stayed upper body although I had already did most upper body the previous night. We did bi, tri, chest and abs. I feel ok. My back is killing me! It is a huge knot that will not give. It hurts to even lay on it! Hope I feel much better tomorrow.

Most of those things are based on the average unhealthy American and want women to be over 14% bodyfat or somewhere there abouts. You should have nothing to worry about unless you’re trying to have more kids or are consistently in single digit bodyfat. If you’re feelin great, there’s a reason! Enjoy it!
