Back issues again?
Well yeah you guessed it. My lower back is at it again. This time it may not be an adjustment issue. It seems I have a large knot in my lower left side of my back. It started out as a twinge but now it just hurts. Tried rolling balls to get the knot out and it doesn’t seem to work. It made it worse. It didn’t feel worse at first but now since it has been a few hours I am in more pain.
As a result of my back I only stayed at the gym for about 30-40 min tops. The pain began to radiate throughout my body when I breathed deeply. I did work on shoulders and chest today. I have a training session tomorrow so I am hoping my back is in better shape by the morning. Thank god I still have those 600mg ibuprofens from my c-section. Mike said he will make me feel better.
