Feeling great!
Well aside from lack of sleep these days I am feeling mighty good. I am proud of myself. Today I ran 3 miles. Of course I was bored on the treadmill so I went back and forth from the treadmill to the elliptical and then the arc trainer. It took a lot to get me to focus at the gym. I didn’t do anything today but cardio. Yesterday I did my typical day two routine with legs, abs and finished shoulders. I don’t think I pushed my legs hard enough because I was not sore at all when I woke up.
I didn’t do lunges like I was supposed to. Maybe I will throw them in my routine tomorrow if I am still not feeling anything from my leg workout. I am hoping next week to get a little sun on my pale white skin! *LOL* I would hate to pay $30 per month just to look tan this year because I cannot make it out in the daylight. We’ll see.

but I thought we made an awesome pale team! Was I wrong about us?? LOL!! I can’t wait to get in the gym with you. If it’s soreness you are looking for, I have your recipe…..and it’s not a cake recipe either!! LOL….I have been thinking about doughnuts all day but I am not getting any!!

The pale team huh? sounds to me like you guys make a great team period. Maybe the have a 2 for 1 special at the tanning salon.

Don’t worry so much about not "feeling" the soreness the day after. As long as you know you’ve walked away from a workout feeling you hit it hard, than it’s all good. I like holding onto 25lb plates while doing walking lunges. Not sure if you use weights with it or not. You’re doing great! I hope the PT thing works out for the best. Perhaps Mike can help with the training plan if this PT turns FBI.

Way to bust out the 3 miles!! Being Pale can be a plus….. think about running at night! Easy to see…soyou dont get run over… and if your pale enough…. the road will be lite up….lmao Keep on Keepin!
