Advice Needed

I’ve been running a low grade fever, 99-100 or so, for the last 24 hours.  Is it advisable to go to the gym tonight?

No, you need to recover. Plus you may pass your sickness to the next dude.

Well I usually keep going to the gym, but dial back on w/o intensity if I don’t feel up to it. It seems to help me throw off illness. I rarely skip M-F w/o’s unless I’m feeling very sick.

But ditto with hinklel, if you think you have something contagious. Then I do a light jog, pushups, situps, w/o with dumbbells, etc. at home.

I would still go but take it easy. Don’t push yourself to hard or lift heavy. When your fever is up you can dehydrate faster and we all know that is not good.
