Diet/Food Intake for 11/25
So it feels like I’m constantly eating. Especially at work where stopping every 2 hours or so to throw down food or a protein shake is hard. I get started on a project and it’s like time flys and 2 hours is gone in no time. I’m making an effort though. I know that on a massing program you actually have to be at a caloric surpluss.
Pre workout- Supps and a protein bar
Post workout/Breakfast- Whey shake and rolled oats
Mid morning- whey shake and almonds
lunch- smoothie w/ whey protien
mid afternoon- tuna and steamed veggies (love the microwave steamer veggies)
Dinner- Turkey sloppy joes & green beans
Bed time snack- cottage cheese & yogurt
I think I’m looking pretty good. I’ve moved my cottage cheese from a mid morning snack to right at bed time at the suggestion of some of the forum people. I just can’t get over how many times I’m eating during the day.

I love the microwave steamers too, but the brocolli causes way to much gas!! lol
