Tired

Nine days out from my first competition and I am soooo tired. Even after taking a day off due to being really tired I still just don’t have much energy or momentum. Working 12 hours a day seven days a week and then working out for 2-3 hours seven days a week is just really taking a toll. Add on my current living conditions and it’s a great recipe for tiredness. I still am aiming for my goal and just decided to do simple things last night like pushups, lower ab execises, body squats and posing. Even though it was a relaxed workout I still managed to work up a great sweat. Maybe my body is just ready for this vacation. Even though I still will be dieting while on my vacation, it will be a huge change of scenery, I will be with my kids. Instead of working and working out I can workout and relax for a couple of weeks.

Oh yeah, when I say I work out seven days a week I don’t lift weights seven days a week. I still only lift five days out of the week and designate two days soley to cardio, stretching, and routine practice. While the two days are somewhat lighter it’s still an intense workout.
