			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I work for a Sports Enhancement Facility, training athletes on a regular basis.&nbsp; I&#8217;ve started some cardio work for myself that really seems to be shocking the system.&nbsp; Sprints, Jump Rope, Box Jumps, Box Blasts, Sled Pulls, Slide Boards, Bungees are just a few toys that I get to use for my own workouts. Shocking my system should be no problem.&nbsp; Interval timing, along with high rep type sets. A detailed dynamic warm up everyday session to get my shoulders and hips warmed up. Then its high intensity in a short time window to maximize the effectiveness.
