					<description>try really getting full stretch on curls... declines are super effective... they hit the peak on bi's which will improve the look of them :)</description>

					<description>Hey dude, I have the same problem.  Im a small guy and my triceps are fairly big, yet my biceps make my arm look smaller.  If your like me you suck at regular curls and feel no burn on them whatsover.  Recently i have tried doing hammer curls, and they somewhat have more of an effect on biceps (also forearms). However I prefer alternating the dumbells instead of curling both at the same time.  I hope this helps you out, i'd like to hear back if it works for ya or not.</description>
