I did the MuscleTech body challenge. First of all this is one of the hardest things I have every done. I really didn’t know that there was so much to do for bodybuilding than just lifting weights. I think I have made some huge changes and plan on keeping up the hard work and packing on some muscle. I think I need to be around 220-225 lbs and be lean to really look my best. Thank you to everyone for their suggestions and good comments I wish you all the best in your own body challenges.

So I’am at the gym the other day and the owner of the gym asked to talk to me. So I go into his office and he said he has noticed a huge weight loss and muscle gain. He asked me if he can use my before and after pictures for the gym’s first member profile. I’am pretty stoked that he would ask me. I haven’t posted a new profile picture but I have lost 20 pounds since Jan and lost allot of body fat. It’s just feels good when someone else see’s what you have accomplished.

For the last couple weeks I have been working out one day of week with a guy from my gym. It turns out he used to compete in natural bodybuilding and he is going to try to compete in the in the Masters next year. He asked me today if I wanted to train with him. Of course I said yes and would love to learn a few things to improve my diet and workouts. I can’t wait to get started!!

I have been working my tail off at the gym,work, and dieting and it’s all starting to come together. I feel great and my energy level is good too. Thanks to everyone for the words of encouragement it’s nice to hear some feed back. Good luck to everyone and keep working hard!!!
