Rotator cuff
I have been for the past few weeks battling a sore shoulder. At this point I’m quite sure it’s a rotator cuff issue… you see I used to play a lot of baseball and did a great deal of pitching when I was younger, so I have a good idea of this type of pain. I’m not exactly sure what to do about it. It actually feels okay when I get it warmed up, but getting it to that point is very painful. Bench pressing and shoulder pressing are the problem exercises at the moment. I did notice this week that narrowing my grip on the flat bench a bit feels much better.
Overall, I feel really good… very strong and still quite motivated. Consistency is such a key in diet and exercise.
