OK, I have had a huge hiatus and I’m completely disgusted with myself. So, I have posted new starting pics and have been in the gym since last week. I am in competition with other members in my friends list,Sventek97 and Valatia So I have until September of next year to drop fat gain lean muscle and find the ever coveted ABS……

Tonight was back and biceps,and all in all not a bad workout for being the second day back in the gym. I am really just dusting off the cobwebs and breaking thru that beginner soreness,you that feeling when you swear that if you were to peel back the skin there would be no muscle just blood and water running out of your skin,but I digress, I felt good during the back workout(nothing fancy,just your compound movement exercises to strech and break down the whole upper and lower back)feeling my form keeping a nice non-momentum pace,full strech of the lats and crunching my upper back trying to fold my shoulder into the middle of my back ….aaahh heaven. then I went to biceps, and man I felt small, weak, almost suicidal…….I knew I wasn’t going to break any curling records or have instant growth but man did my little 16" arms look pathetic….I cant wait until 2 weeks have gone by and I am back in my grove…I loath the fact I shammed ,doing nothing for about 3 months, aahhh the price we pay for being idiots…In about a week I’ll have my workouts posted and max weight up and all of that,just need a week to fine tune my routine…To everyone out there stay focused, stay motivated,your hard work and determination will pay off…..Good night and good luck….

It is FEB 4 2007, I am back from my trip and have no reason or excuse not to be in the gym. Everything felt heavy, and I mean eveything, but I said to hell with it and dove in ,started with clean and presses to wake up the whole body i.e. the big muscle groups, from there i went into dumbbell presses ( I have long arms and find with dumbbells i have a greater range of motion and can get a deep wide stretch in my pecs on the down movement and it feels wounderful) after 6 sets of running the rack starting with 80s and ending with 45s, I felt like vomiting, its been awhile since I had that feeling, I like it when the body fights the mind (heart) so to help everthing along i went into incline dumbell chest presses for 8 sets starting with 65s and ending with 40s.
Baby g 79 and myself have also started out diet (meaning im on her diet..hehe) its good in truth and the only I do differnt id introduce 400 grams of protien a day (broken up in to 2 shakes using ISOPURE ZERO CARB PROTIEN, I have treid everything under the sun since the 80’s which im sure most of you out there have as well,but ISOPURE is a good clean product that my body thives with so I use it. Thats really the only supplemnt I will be currently using, maybe later i might add some creatine, and no gear, just high pure protien.so to all that involved with a personal challenge or just doing it because its freakin great ..GOOD LUCK to you all..and its good to be back in the game and the lifestyle,as a personal trainer I have the know how its time to get off my butt and build the body I so dreamed and bragged about having one day!!!!!!!
