ok today i got up and had egg whites turkeybacon turkey sausage with a side of steak
then i watched the dark knight (really good movie btw) after the movie i had a glass of whey and then did 6.5 miles on the treadmill. now its time to cook chicken but i gotta clean the grill first. after i eat and the food settles i got p90x ab ripper x then and hour of chest and tricepts. im gonna slide a glass of whey after the ab work out then have anabolic halo and probly a steak dinner after chest and tricepts. so thats 5 meals i need to try to fit another one in there somewhere….

ok today is a rant day…
ive been eating like crazy 6 times a day some meals are 2600 cals or more and im down 7 pounds!?!?!?! such bullshit! in the last 2 days alone i had (monday) 10 egg whites 5 slices of turkey bacon 5 turkey sausage, 2 bowls of cereal 4 bananas 2 bowls of oatmeal 3 glassed of whey an entire calazone and 2 chicken breast (tuesday) 10 eggwhites 5 slices of turkeybacon 5 turkey sausage 2 bowls of cereal 4 bananas 2 bowls of oatmeal 3 glasses of whey a tub of cottage cheese and an entire pot roast! so wtf!?!?!
and talk about thirsty, ive been drinking grape juice, water, gatoraid and whey. you would think i havent had a drink in years
guess im gonna go eat something
btw i been putting whey in my oatmeal and the cereal is a protein kind with 20 grams per serving

i got anabolic halo and creakic yesterday
cant wait to try them after todays workout
im also making a pot roast i put it on at 7 am this morning and its been cooking all day
its back and bicepts day
this is my fav day i get my lats and my bicepts
im gonna break em down hardcore and then take anabolic halo and creakic followed by all the pot roast i can handle

started my day at 1 am had 5 hole eggs, 5 slices of turkey bacon and 2 bananas
after that i did 6 miles on the treadmill at 3 miles an hour for a total of 2 hours
i had 2 servings of whey after that then i took a 2 hour nap
when i woke up i had an 9 ounce turkey breast. once that settled
i did p90x - AB ripper X and another 2 servings of whey after that
now im posting this while my tummy settles ill probly play around
on the computer for a lil while.
for my chest i will do
30 benches
30 incline benches
30 decline pushups
30 flat bench dumbbell flyers and
30 butterflys
for my tricepts i will do
30 lying cambered bar extensions
30 stright bar cable pushdowns and
30 chair dips
after all that i will cook 4 chicken breast eat 2 of them and save 2 for work
relax for about an hour or so then go to sleep wake up have the same breakfast again and go to work

OMG im so tired of cooking
im on week 4 of 6 meals a day, but as you see here i would rather sit here and bitch about cooking then to actually get up and cook lol meanwhile my tummy is saying feed me. Soooo i guess i better get up, think im gonna make grilled onions and either chicken or turkey.

well its back and bicep day
bought 2 new 25 pound plates so now i have a total of 180lbs in dumbell weights
gonna do 65 pound curls today just waiting for my pills to kick in while i post this
todays work out is
Pulldowns or Wide-Grip Pull-Ups 3 x 8-10
Low Cable Rows 3 x 8-10
Dumbbell Rows or Bent-Over Barbell Rows 3 x 8-10
Standing Barbell Curls 3 x 8-10
Alternating Dumbbell Curls** 3 x 8-10
after that im gonna take a pic or 2 and eat 4 grilled chicken brest

3 weeks into my 6 meals a day and my new workout progam im starting to notice new veins poping out. well not new but vissable dark blue lines on my delts and forearms. another pluss is my waist size is shrinking. who would of thought that was even possible as much as i eat. getting some really good results. one thing is for sure gaining muscle is just as hard if not harder then loseing weight. also took some pictures today but its not much to look at.

started eating 6 meals a day.
doubled my work out time per day.
instead of working everything everyother day and treadmill on the off days.
i do 3 differend muscle groups per day everyday with 1 day off and treadmill. so 45 mins of weights (trying to stretch it to an hour but im usualy dead by 45 mins) and 20 mins of treadmill everyday
been watching a lot of jay cutler videos and reading his website this is pretty much what he says for beginners. however i cant eat as much as him. my meal sizes are only about half his size meals. (example) he does 20 egg whites turkeybacon 2 slices of toast and some cereal im only up to 10 egg whites turkeybacon and oatmeal if i eat much more then that ill barf but im working on it. one thing is forsure my lats are killin me!

well it took about a week to get over but i feel better now. so first thing in the morning back to 7 days a week training! yay (starting with treadmill : gotta burn some fat)
also bought some new 25 pound plates
i been watching some jay cutler videos and man im motivated now lol

well some how i mannaged to throw out my back on the treadmill.
last friday i got off the treadmill and i had a slight pain after i got off the treadmill but i didnt think anything of it and whent to bed. saturday i woke up and my lower back was inflamed. its wensday now and it still hurts. i slept on the floor to try and strighten it out.
it does feel better but i have to work tonight so it wont feel better for long.
ive put work outs and diet on hold till the pain is gone.
lil over a year working out and ive never hurt myself this bad.
ill be back when i have something to post.
