Working out again

July 22, 2007

ive finally stopped being lazy and started working out again
so ill keep track of my lifts in blogs

Powerclean-135×5-125×5-115×5
Overhead Press-95×8-95×7-95×5-65×10
Preacher Curls-45×10-55×10
Curls-45×15-45×10-45×10
Upright Rows-65×10-45×10-45×10
Sit Ups-3 sets of 15

My Training thusfar

September 5, 2006

Yesterday i did Powercleans and behind the neck press
95×10-115×8-125×6
55×10-65×8-75×7

Today i had football practice
Lots of sprinting
Lots of tackles
repeat
and 100 yards of bear crawls
it was wonderful!
