Motivation Suggestions Anyone?
I’ve got nothin right now. The only time I get a good workout is when I go with someone to the gym. When its just me I don’t even want to be there. Problem is, I’m not going to be able to get a workout partner so throw that option out the window. If anyone’s got suggestions on how to get motivated I would appreciate hearing them. If you know any good techniques or articles let me know. Thanks.

hey mate,try this.day before yer workout,think about what you will do and how you will feel.play it over and over in your mind.when it gets nearer to the time just think about lifting,nothing else. think about the extra muscle you will get. be determined to get it. oh yeah,and look at the profiles on bspace,it helps.

Set a goal and follow through….. Just like school or anything else in life, you gotta work for it…. EVERYTHING in life is MENTAL….. block it out focus on what you have in sight, and progress…. next workout, push for more weight or reps… I know that gym has a lot of d-bags but go in there do work and get the F’ out and eat…. that simple no partner is gonna be able to push you if you cant push yourself.
