Home Workout Suggestions

Ok.  So tomorrow is Memorial Day.  I think my gym is closed…sad day.  But I normally do a Chest, Shoulder, Triceps heavy day on Mondays.  Any suggestions for things I can do at home instead.  I don’t care too much about working just those body parts I just want a good workout tomorrow. All suggestions are appreciated.  Thanks a lot!  Take it easy and keep it real.

You’ve got the easiest workout there for a home workout!
Chest- pushups, make it harder by raising you’re legs on a sofa.
Chest- towel/vinyl flyes: If you have polished floor, place two hand towels under each hand and slide them out wide to a bent arm flye position. If it’s carpet you have put some vynil/slippery plastic under your hands instead.
Shoulders: Hand-stand pushups (I can’t do these and haven’t figured an easier version)
Shoulders: Sack press: buy a big sack of sand and use it as a weight to shoulder press.
    Triceps: dips

Alternatively try a workout like shovelglove http://www.shovelglove.com/
    or No weights? No Problems
