trouble with weight gain but still gaining strength
I’m working my butt off and it’s paying in the weight room. My lifts are steadily going up. I’m still having a lot of trouble gaining the weight I want though. I am in college and it’s hard to eat as much as I should but I am trying. Does anyone have any suggestions for me? It would be appreciated. Thanks again!

Grab cans of tuna and jars of peanut butter at the store. Tuna keeps and carries well and peanut butter is a good high cal treat. Both are cheap. As you continue to age, your metabolism will slow some, so that will help eventually.
